PAYMENTS:

Player fees are paid securely online with a credit card or visa gift card during the registration process. Incomplete fee payment will place your child on a waiting list until your payment is received. Once you are paid in full, your child will be eligible for team assignment.

REFUND POLICY:

The registration processing fee is non-refundable. We realize that there are situations that prevent an athlete’s participation for the season that are no fault of theirs.  However, a desire to quit a team based on simply not wanting to play or participate is NOT a compelling reason for reimbursement. Refunds may be issued only after submitting a request to the MAYF President and concurrence is met by our Board.

(Note:  Some equipment (e.g. Game Jerseys and t-shirts) is ordered specifically for each player soon after the registration process is complete.  A refund for these items is not possible.)
